Daily Five: We read Turk
and Runt. We practiced making inferences. We learned some new vocabulary
words and liked playing Four in a Row. We also learned about adverbs.
Math: We started a
new unit about measurement. We measured with teacher sized feet and giant feet.
Social
Studies: We are learning about Holidays Around the
World. We’ve travelled to Australia, G’day
Mate! We also went to France, Bonjour!
